Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bluecrest! We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns are accepted for unused and unworn items with original tags and packaging attached. Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Prepare Your Return

Ensure that the product is unused, in its original condition, and packed securely.

Ship Back the Item

Send the item back to our return address using the prepaid return shipping label provided by customer service.

Processing the Return

Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 10 business days. You will receive a notification once your return has been processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If the item was purchased using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
